If you are not completely satisfied with your DVD or Video you can return it to us within 10 days, with the changes you would like to see, and we will make the changes for you at no cost (one change only per purchase).

VIDEO PRODUCTION
Our professional production staff makes every effort to produce the highest quality product.  While we use some of the best software technologies available today, we are limited by the quality of the video product provided.  We HIGHLY recommend getting game film copies from your coaching staff to submit.  While home videos are definitely accepted, we find that school created videos provide a higher quality, better viewing angle and produce better products.  Although our football talent professionals have watched thousands of game films and know which ones to “highlight”, there may be times when you feel a play(s) needs to be added that was missed.  Not a problem, just let us know and we will take care of it for you.  In the rare event that there aren’t enough high quality plays (video problems, injury during the game, bad film angle, etc.), we will notify you immediately to request additional footage or refund 100% of your money if you so chose. 

INFORMATION PRIVACY
DominantRecruit.com will not sell, share, or rent information to others. Your privacy is a high priority. Your information will only be used to process your order and for future mailings or promotions from our company.

PAYMENT
DominantRecruit.com accepts all forms of credit cards, debit cards and PayPal. Your payment is made on our website. We secure your privacy by only using secured systems during your entire transaction.  Full payment must be made at the time the order is placed.  No videos will be delivered prior to full payment being made.  All sales are final.

RETURN POLICY
We will not accept returns on merchandise. All sales are final. If you have questions regarding a product choice, please feel free to contact us before processing your order. Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (unless damaged or defective).

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
Damaged or defective items may be returned to us for replacement only. Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately and returned to us within 5 business days. All damaged or defective returns must include an invoice number in order for us to process your replacement and an email sent to admin@dominantrecruit.com. Please double check all item numbers, and format, when ordering, since returns and exchanges are not permitted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
In Most cases orders will be shipped the same day or within one (1) business day. All orders are sent by UPS Ground (typically 2-3 business days). Weekends and holidays are not business days. After your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received and processed.
